 ff the implementation phase of the Ulysseus Seed Funding Programme for Joi
 nt Research and Innovation Groups supported under Call #2\, as well as the
  extension of activities of the R&I Groups supported under Call #1. \nThi
 s interactive session will bring together our Ulysseus Joint R&I Groups to
 :\n\nstrengthen collaboration across the alliance\,\nexplore available sup
 port services\,\ndiscover new tools to boost research and innovation\,\nan
 d present more funding opportunities provided by Ulysseus European Univers
 ity.\n\nUlysseus Joint R&I Groups\nUlysseus Seed Funding Programme for Joi
 nt Research and Innovation Groups aims to strengthens research and innovat
 ion activities within Ulysseus European University by enabling the creatio
 n and enhancement of joint R&I Groups and thus supporting individual resea
 rchers and teams from Ulysseus partner universities\, joined by experts an
 d innovators from associated partners and other stakeholders.\nThe formati
 on of R&I Groups will contribute to fostering scientific communication\, s
 timulating the creation of research and innovation ideas\, promoting indiv
 idual research knowledge bases\, and supporting follow-up activities that 
 could lead to new project proposals from funding sources such as Horizon E
 urope\, Erasmus+\, or other international and national programs\, and fost
 ering innovation-driven territorial transformation.\nAll these activities 
 can facilitate the exchange and inter-sectoral mobility of researchers and
  innovators at all levels\, allowing them to share experiences\, knowledge
  effectively.\nThe Programme activities are funded from the Ulysseus budge
 t and are chronologically structured in the seed funding calls which will 
 be gradually published\, evaluated and implemented.\nIn the pilot call (p
 ublished in April 2025) more than 40 joint R&I Groups applied for seed fun
 ding support\, with the participation of more than 320 researchers from Ul
 ysseus partner universities as well as Ulysseus Associated Partners.\nIn t
 he second call (published in April 2026) 28 applications were received\, o
 ut of those 7 were new Ulysseus joint R&I Groups and 21 extensions of alre
