 d scale inclusive organisations. An engineer turned entrepreneur\, she has
  been recognised as DEIB Champion of the Year (Nordic Women in Tech Awards
  2024) and shares insights on inclusive leadership and community building.
 \nRobert Furiel - SaplinqRobert is a social impact leader and director of
  Saplinq\, an NGO focused on inclusion\, community support\, and social ch
 ange. He works on community-driven initiatives and is involved in Ponq\, a
  café and cultural space in Košice that combines entrepreneurship with i
