      This session explores the PATH Project’s journey from initial concept to its current stage of development, outlining the groundwork laid in preparation for prototype creation. It will highlight key milestones achieved, including problem definition, stakeholder engagement, research insights, and solution design progress. Attendees will gain an understanding of the strategic steps taken so far, lessons learned along the way, and how these efforts are shaping the upcoming prototype phase and future implementation roadmap.

      Panel Discussion: Human + AI Collaboration in Career Services.

      This panel brings together internal university experts from AI, Career Services, and Alumni Services alongside industry partners including recruiters, public employment services, and AI solution providers. The discussion will explore how human expertise and artificial intelligence can work together to enhance career guidance, employer engagement, and graduate outcomes. Panelists will share practical insights, emerging trends, and real-world use cases, while examining opportunities, ethical considerations, and the future of collaborative innovation in career development ecosystems.

      This session centers on the lived experiences and insights of students and career centre professionals. Through shared reflections and practical examples, participants will explore current challenges in career development, expectations from emerging technologies, and opportunities to strengthen support systems. The discussion will surface real needs, highlight gaps between services and user experience, and identify actionable pathways to build more responsive, inclusive, and future-ready career ecosystems.
